Ron, with more than 40 years of global business leadership, brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning and team development. Jules adds a creative edge with her background in storytelling and community development, delivering innovative strategies to help organizations thrive. Richard, a renowned data scientist, offers cutting-edge expertise in AI and data-driven solutions, ensuring that every approach is both human-centered and scalable.
We work hand-in-hand with leaders to design practical, data-driven strategies, craft compelling brand identities, and build sustainable solutions. By focusing on partnership and collaboration, we empower organizations to expand their reach and deepen their impact in meaningful ways.

RON SACCOMANO
Ron draws on more than 40 years of international business experience, having successfully expanded companies into over 40 countries while forging strategic alliances and driving sustainable growth. As both an accomplished executive and entrepreneur, he is deeply committed to empowering emerging leaders and fostering socially conscious startups that create meaningful change. He is the visionary behind Change Agency, a transformative nine-month incubator and accelerator program designed to equip underrepresented entrepreneurs with the tools to thrive.
On his weekends, Ron enjoys hiking Colorado’s trails and sharing an Italian meal with family and friends.
JULES GROVE
Jules is passionate about empowering organizations to achieve meaningful growth through sustainable strategies, innovative funding solutions, and impactful marketing. With a background in global sustainability and environmental justice, Jules has worked with social enterprise organizations in over 10 countries and is widely recognized for her collaborative style and visionary mindset.
In her free time, Jules can be found birdwatching, writing bios for shelter pups, or thrifting with her daughter.
RICHARD MICHALKA
Richard combines expertise in AI and data science with a passion for transforming education. As CEO of Luminance Data and CTO of Indigo Education, he leads innovative projects that personalize learning and improve outcomes. With a background in IT, teaching, and software development, Richard creates human-centered solutions that connect and empower.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys a good cup of joe, gaming, and mentoring the next generation of technologists.
KWAME WARNER
Kwame is a dynamic coach, trainer, and speaker with over 20 years of entrepreneurial expertise. As the founder of MindShift, he empowers individuals and communities to overcome limiting beliefs, embrace change, and unlock their full potential. Dedicated to justice reform, Kwame teaches in correctional facilities and leads impactful reentry programs. He also co-owns Gold Star Hotlink Company, blending business success with community impact.
A father of four, you can catch Kwame supporting from the sidelines, reading the latest book, or pumping iron in the gym.
